We are a very active parish that offers several programs.

 

Children’s Chorus

Our Children’s Chorus is open to any child, Grade 3 or older, who likes to sing.  The Chorus sings at various times throughout the year including our Annual Christmas Concert, our Christmas Eve Mass and First Holy Communion.  Please see our Choir Director, Mr. Thomas Hogan, for more information.

 

Youth Group (Grades 9-12)

Our parish Youth Group is open to any high school teen and meets once a month in our Parish Youth Center.  The Youth Group seeks to build lasting friendships between the youth of our parish community.  Our teens come together to pray, socialize and serve the community in various ways throughout the year.

 

CAL Basketball (Grades 1-10)

Our basketball program is open to any child from grades 1-10.  Coached by parish volunteers, our youth learn and perfect the fundamentals of the game within the context of Christian sportsmanship.  Our teams compete against other parish teams throughout the diocese.  Please see our Athletic Director, Mrs. Maria Jessing, for more information.

 

Boy Scouts

The Boy Scout organization has done tremendous work for decades in helping boys grow into mature, responsible adult men.  Our parish troop, Troop 7 Buttonwoods, has been active for many years and is an important part of our parish life.  Please see Troop 7 Scoutmaster, Mr. Paul Scofield, and/or Cub Scoutmaster, Mr. Frank Adams, for more information.
